Redemption stuck in review, normal or red flag
#1
Need a gut check from people who've done more of these than me. My redemption's been sitting in pending review for going on five days now and I'm starting to wonder if I should be worried.

Here's the deal. Already passed KYC weeks ago, ID and selfie all cleared back then. Did a few small gift card redeems with no issue. This time I went bigger, around 200 SC to ACH, and it's just been stuck on under review since last Wednesday. No email, no request for more docs, nothing. Support said it's a routine check.

Is five days normal for a larger first-time bank redeem, or is this the kind of thing that turns into them stalling you out? Don't want to be paranoid but I also don't want to be the guy who ignored the obvious sign. What's the honest read here?

Five days on a larger redeem is on the slow side but not automatically a red flag, especially if it's your first big ACH versus the small gift cards you'd done before. Bigger amounts and a new payout method often kick it into a manual review queue, and those move slower over weekends.

What I'd actually watch: are they communicating, and have they asked for anything extra. Silence isn't great but support telling you it's routine is something. Give it a couple more business days. If it crosses say 7 to 10 with zero movement and no doc request, then I'd start escalating in writing and keep every reply. Keep us posted, threads like this help the next person.

I've had a 200-ish ACH go to manual review too. Mine cleared on day 6. The pattern I've documented is that the jump from small gift card redeems to a larger bank transfer reliably triggers extra checks, because the amount and the rail both changed at once. The system flags the deviation.

Not saying you're in the clear, but it's a known behavior, not inherently shady. The thing that would worry me is if they suddenly ask you to wager more before releasing it. That'd be a terms problem worth reading carefully.

Honest read since you asked for one. Five days alone, not a red flag yet. What would make it one: support going vague after being specific, a withdrawal getting reversed back into your balance, or new playthrough conditions appearing that weren't there when you redeemed.

Remember the grey-zone reality here too. These aren't regulated like a licensed operator, so there's no state body to lean on if it goes sideways. Document everything, screenshot the pending status with timestamps. Hope it clears, and don't let the wait push you into playing the balance back. That's how the patient ones lose it.

for what it's worth mine took about a week on a bigger one and it was totally fine in the end, just slow. no news was actually good news in my case.

try not to stew on it too much. easier said than done i know.
